Educators have the most important responsibility on this earth. I said, what I said. Ten toes down. But when they are all unpaid, overwhelmed, and underappreciated, finding relief is a survival tactic, and its very logical! But removing one day from school a week, is a crime. Investing in our educators is a triving tactic, and thats very logical! Surviving and thriving are not the same. Surviving is never a solution. Educators need to be paid more to have the tools to create engaging learning experiences without taking a day of learning away from the student.
