Responsibilities:
Facilitate Engaging Discussions:
Lead interactive workshops encouraging students to express their thoughts and opinions.
Create a safe and inclusive space for open dialogue, ensuring all participants feel comfortable sharing their perspectives.
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop workshop content that stimulates critical thinking and self-reflection among students.
Incorporate relevant materials, case studies, and real-life examples to enhance the learning experience.
Guidance and Mentorship:
Provide mentorship to students as they navigate discussions and form their own viewpoints.
Foster an environment that encourages personal growth, self-awareness, and the development of ethical values.
Promote Critical Thinking:
Encourage students to analyze and question societal norms.
Facilitate activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate student participation and progress throughout the workshop series.
Provide constructive feedback to help students refine their understanding and perspective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience facilitating workshops or group discussions, preferably with high school students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and engage diverse groups of students.
